We know how much you love unboxing your Beauty Club Outlet orders, so we work hard to make sure that your orders are dispatched as soon as possible!
You will receive a shipping confirmation and your tracking number by email once your package has shipped. If we encounter any problems with your order we will be in touch.
Current processing times for orders are generally one business day, however we do allow up to 3 business days for higher volume order days.

Because Canada Post, DHL Express, ICS Ground, UPS and Pro31 Logistics are our official mail handlers, once mail is scanned into the mail system, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are marked and confirmed as “delivered”, Beauty Club Outlet is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact either the mail carrier or the Beauty Club Outlet Help Desk for further information if your package was not received. If a package is attempted to be delivered and is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, an inaccessible address or any other reason deemed by Beauty Club Outlet, an $8.99 re-shipment fee will be applied to the order. Free shipping is eligible for orders with subtotals that have reached the required minimums after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping are applied.

- For international shipments Beauty Club Outlet is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

All ll local delivery orders will be processed 3 business days and are applicable to addresses within the following cities:

Kitchener
Waterloo
Guelph
Local delivery orders with subtotals over $75.00 will be complimentary after discounts and before taxes are applied. Local delivery orders with subtotals under $75.00 will be subjected to a fee of $4.99.
