Welcome to KW's Prime Private Wig Fitting and Consultation Space!

We are SO excited to have you within our private and comfortable wig fitting room within Beauty Club Outlet to find your perfect wig! As we are re-opening while we are still in the midst of a pandemic, we have now implemented certain COVID-19 protocols to ensure the safety of both our staff and our clients. Please take note of the following changes we have made to our current booking and consultation processes below!

COVID-19 Protocol Update 

1) All appointments must be booked prior to advance. To ensure that we are able to properly sanitize the wig fitting space as well as screen each client before entering the space, we will require all fittings to be booked by appointment prior to the fitting taking place. You can book an appointment on our website, over the phone or at our in-store location located at 29-100 Sheldon Drive, in Cambridge Ontario!

2) Due to our space capacity, only two people will be admitted into the wig room at a time. Only consultants will be permitted to touch the wigs that are being tried on.

3) All clients must wear a cap between their hair and the wig during the appointment.

4) If you are experiencing any or all of the following symptoms, please refrain from coming to your appointment:

• temperature greater than 37.8°C
• dry cough
• tiredness
• difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• chest pain or pressure
• loss of speech or movement
• body aches and pains
• sore throat

5) All clients will be required to wear a face covering that fully covers the mouth and nose once they are in the building.
